1. Services Provided

We offer barber services, including in-studio appointments, walk-ins, travel barbering, and related grooming services.
We also offer products such as the Marathon Wave Brush and other branded items available for purchase.
Services and products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, refuse, or discontinue offerings at any time.

2. Eligibility

By using our services or making purchases, you confirm you are at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent.
Our services are intended for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Appointments, Walk-ins & Cancellations

Appointments: May be booked online (via Square or our website) or in person.
Walk-ins: Accepted based on barber availability.
Travel Barbering: Requires advance scheduling and may include additional fees.
Cancellations/Rescheduling: We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
No-Shows: Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

4. Payments

Payments for services and products may be made online through third-party processors (e.g., Square) or in person at the studio.
We do not store or process full payment details directly—payment processors handle this securely.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

5. Refunds & Returns

Services: All services are provided on a “best effort” basis. Service fees are non-refundable once rendered.
Products: Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase if unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase. Certain items (e.g., grooming tools, personal use items) may be final sale for hygiene reasons.

6. User Responsibilities

By using our website or services, you agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
Not misuse our website or services for unlawful purposes.
Respect our barbers, staff, and other clients at all times.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for disruptive, inappropriate, or unlawful behavior.

All content on this website—including logos, images, branding, and product designs (e.g., the Marathon Wave Brush)—are owned by or licensed to Marathon Barber Studio.
